IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) – The highest quality of fruits, picked in their prime, prepared and frozen individually so no two pieces of fruit are touching when being frozen, resulting in the fruit being free flowing in its bag as opposed to a solid block of frozen fruit. This allows the user to easily portion/scoop out fruit on demand and it also allows your customer to see whole fruits being used in the build of their product.

We select only the best fruits available from reputable, HACCP compliant, traceable suppliers. We work very closely with the FSAI and HSE to maintain continuous HACCP records and follow directives rigidly.

We distribute daily within the greater Dublin are our range of frozen fruits imported from our reputable suppliers around the world. All our fruits are IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) meaning that when they are frozen no two pieces are touching and as such the fruit is free flowing in the bags. Our fruits are sold in 2.5Kg bags and 4 bags per case. Our focus is on quality and consistence; we have exporters that can provide us with stock all year round giving you our customer one less thing to worry about. Not only that we also provide fixed pricing each year.
