The Nutrifaster has a 16 blade cutting disc that spins at 3500rpm. Translating to 16 knives running at approximately 120MPH. This machine will juice as quickly as you can put the produce into it. It is vital that you keep your blade sharp and there is not harm in having a spare blade to hand.
